• If you purchase a package that exceeds the final number of Registered Participants for the package purchased, we will adjust the package based on the number of “Registered Participants” at the time of the event.

Free Trial
In the event you need to cancel your free trial event, you have the option to postpone the event for upto 30 days from the day of your registration. Otherwise you will lose your opportunity to host a free trial event.

Stand Alone
All sales are finals and no refunds are permitted. In the event you need to cancel the event, you may have the option to reschedule within a 6 months time from the time of purchase.

Subscription Plan Cancellation
Subscriptions plans will expire after twelve (12) months (One calendar year) from the time of purchase and all “Registered Participant” credits must be used within the 12 months. There is no rolling over of unused “Registered Participant” credits to the following term.

If purchased monthly, you will be charged the difference between the original purchase price plan less any payments applied towards the original purchase plan price.
